Stability Testing Entry

Stability testing allows re-testing/re-verification of manufactured items already placed in inventory. The setup of Quality Control Tests and Quality Control Groups is required to use the Stability Result Entry feature within Deacom. Once QC Groups that are meant to be used for Stability testing are created, and the appropriate QC Tests added, they are then attached to the QC/Stability Tests tab on the Bill of Materials (BOM). Items may have multiple BOM revisions with various Stability tests assigned to each different revision.

Stability Result Entry report

Opened via the "Continue" button on the Stability Result Entry pre-filter, the Stability Result Entry report is a mover form that contains a line for each Lot that requires Stability testing and conforms to the selected pre-filters. For example, if a production Job contains one Finished Good for a quantity of 10 and two different finishes were performed for 5 each, the list will contain two lines, one for each finish. Users with the appropriate access have the ability to modify the grid layout where additional information, such as the item's current Location, may be added to the list.
